Both ovens are made of durable, rust- and corrosion-resistant stainless steel and feature cooking chambers measuring 271/4 inches wide by 19 inches deep by 131/4 inches high. Their cooking chambers are outfitted with four wire shelves that accommodate four full-size sheet pans (sold separately), and the heavy-duty doors are bottom hinged so staff can insert and remove pans with ease. The doors' glass panels provide a view of the LED-lighted cooking chambers, while their cool-touch design minimizes heat transfer.With the corresponding BAKERLUX™ TOUCH panels, staff can set each oven's timer to run as long as 10 hours or run continuously, adjust temperature from 175 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit, and modify humidity in 20-percent increments from 0 to 100 percent. These graphic control panels can save 99 programs to streamline oven setup for frequent recipes, and they accommodate nine baking steps.
